Short-term addresses need clear boundaries
By using AddyTemp, you agree to these terms. They apply to temporary inboxes, long-term forwarding addresses, email archives, and authenticator features. Last updated: September 22, 2026.
Service scope and eligibility
AddyTemp provides short-term email reception and manageable forwarding tools—not permanent mailboxes, file vaults, or identity credentials. You must be of the legal age to use online services in your jurisdiction and authorized to accept these terms.
A temporary address’s expiration date is shown in the inbox. After an address expires, is changed, or is deleted, old messages may not be recoverable. Save any information you truly need promptly after completing a short-term task.
Permitted uses
- Receive short-term verification codes, download links, and trial notifications
- Test email-sending workflows you are authorized to operate
- Use separate aliases to isolate legitimate subscriptions and public contacts
- Reduce address exposure while following third-party rules
Conduct that gets blocked
- Spam, phishing, scams, harassment, or impersonation
- Distributing malware, unlawful content, or material that infringes intellectual property rights
- Automated sign-ups, bypassing rate limits, or disrupting service stability
- Evading bans, creating fake accounts in bulk, or conducting unlawful transactions

Availability, changes, and termination
We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, zero delays, or compatibility with every website. Maintenance, security incidents, network failures, sender policies, and abuse prevention may affect email reception.
We may adjust capacity, address domains, retention periods, or features, and will explain major changes on the website. If your activity threatens users, infrastructure, or third parties, we may restrict access, delete related data, or stop providing the service.
Intellectual property and third-party services
AddyTemp’s interface, code, marks, and original content are protected by applicable law. Brand content shown in emails is provided only to illustrate the receiving experience and does not mean those brands sponsor or endorse AddyTemp.
Links in emails and third-party websites are operated by their respective owners. When you access third-party services, you must also follow their terms and privacy policies.
Liability and disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by address expiration, delayed emails, third-party rejection, data loss, or misuse. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
